At Pitmaston, we have a robust behaviour policy and all children are aware of and follow the golden rules. Our pupils are reminded of the differences between right and wrong and the impact their behaviour can have on others. Our pupils have regular opportunities to reflect on their behaviour and actions.

We annually create class aims and rules together to ensure we are supporting each other in our learning and reaching our goals.

We take part in anti-bullying week every year. This involves writing anti-bullying charters in class and having assemblies to ensure our pupils are equipped to recognise and challenge bulling behaviour. We also have a ‘STOP rule’ which children use to stop behaviour they do not agree with. These rules are coupled with support from our trained Anti-Bullying ambassadors who are working to achieve The Anti-bullying Diana Award.        They spend their playtime circulating the playground making sure every body is feeling happy and safe.
